HappY Father'S DaY AdaM

Our family is blessed to have such a wonderful Father! Adam amazes me as both a husband and Father. He does everything he can to keep us all happy. Here are a few words that describe Adam; Sweet, Caring, Sensitive, Funny, Loving, Handsome, Manly, Mr. Fix-It and Peacemaker. This list can go on and on. Thanks for all you do for each and every one of us!

Walking Papers.

Today, after over 8 years of dedication to my employment, I was handed my walking papers. . . lol. Weird. I am so not sure how I feel about this. Here is the conversation: Them: Hi Trish, *** needs to talk to you (she is the accountant).. Me: (while chuckling) ok Them: Hi Trish, I am sure you know what this is about. Me: Yeah. Them: Well, the company has been letting a lot of people go, and this is your call. Me: Yeah, Ive been expecting it. Them: Your been such a good employee, if things start looking up we'll call you back, you are elligible for re-hire. Me: ok Them: Well lets talk about Severence. Me: ok Them: We are going to offer you a month of pay. Me: ok Them: What we need you to do to get the month of pay is to train *** how to do all you do. Me: Umm.. that is ok. Them: Well you wont be elligible for rehire. Me: thats ok. Seriously? I am was an independant contractor. I worked my brains out figuring out how to do what I was doing, and they think I am just going to say ok, here you go? Yeah. ok. Good Luck to them. and Good Luck to me... LOL.

NeW BraceS

Today we finally got 3 out of 5 of Aidens new braces! The two that we got today he is suppose to wear every night. So, after he went to bed, and was nice and sound asleep, I put the 'boot'. Here is a pic of the boot:

This neat little contraption helps to not 'undo' all that we work on during the day. It keeps his leg in a certain position so that the tone wont build up and make him stiffer and stiffer.

Next we have the contraption that goes on his left had during sleep. This one is to keep his thumb out. He has a tendancy to pull it in towards the fingers and not use it. So this makes it get use to being out. You cant see his thumb in the pic.. but it is in that little blue finer hole right next to his other hand.

And this last picture is Aiden after being woke up from a peaceful sleep by his mean mommy. She woke him up to tortcher him. Poor Little Fella.oh, I forgot about these... He wears these awesome new shoes during the day. Each shoe has an insert in it so he builds up an arch on the bottom of his foot.. So he doesn't have flat feet..?! I guess. He is kinda not a fan of walking with these heavy shoes on, but I am sure he will adjust!

Graduations & Award Shows

We cant beleive another school year is already gone. The kids got out of school yesterday (jade)and Today(ian). Jade keeps telling me summer should be 5 months long... lol.

Look Who Is Finally Walking

We went to lunch with Adam's sister Katie, her husband Michael and 2 kids Ellie & Emma from Arizona, Adams parents, and Adams Sister Aimee and her oldest daughter Michaela today at Judges BBQ. Lunch was pretty good, and it is always nice to visit with family. Here is a pic of the boys with their cousins Ellie and Emma, and Grandma and Grandpa.

South Mountain State Park

Yesterday we decided it would be a great day for grilling out up at South Mountain State Park. We gathered everything we needed from home, dropped by the store to grab some fresh meat, etc. and we were on our way.

We got up there and realized we forgot the charcoal at home.. lol.. so no grilled hamburgers for us. Too Funny. There is a nice river that run through the park so we decided instead to hike to the falls. The falls are about a mile up, which we were able to push the stroller about half way before we had to leave it behind. It was so pretty up there. Here are a few pics from the trip.

Today I got the boys all ready to leave the house.. shoes and all. We are ready to walk out the door when I stopped by the computer to check for an address so I could stop something by the post office. I sat, turned the computer on, found what I needed, got back up and looked over to see 2 very happy boys playing with a JUG of SYRUP!!!! Oh my gosh, I was so mad I could have screamed. Syrup was everywhere, all over them, the floor, the cabnit. GeeZ!

What did I do to deserve that one... lol!?

Adam picked up this small blow up pool at Wal Mart the other day, and the boys ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! They want to be in it all the time and for long periods of time! Then when it is time to get out, they get upset, very upset!
