The swim meet conference was held in Valdese this year. We were up and there by about 8 am. Dang! Jade and Ian and the cousins all swam really good! It is so fun to listen to them after they swim against the others teams.. comparing how they did and how close they were.. lol.
I took the boys home for awhile in the morning to nap because it was pretty warm out. We had a nice 3 hour break and got back in time to see a race or two. Then my favorite!.. watching Adam swim fools in the pool! I love to watch him and all the other adults that use to swim on the swim team as kids. Here is a video of him swimming it.

Swim Meet Conference 8/1/09
