We started out the weekend dinner on the bbq followed up by a pit fire with roasted marshmallows and smores! Yum Yum! The boys really enjoyed holding their sticks on the fire and burning marshmallow after marshmallow. Most were just thrown back into the fire to finish burning. Or they fell on the deck so we could step on them and get all sticky.
Saturday was a great day as well.. We took the boat out in the late afternoon for a couple hours of fun and a picnic on the lake. The kids and Adam had a great time Wake Boarding and for the first time EVER Jade got up on the wake board! She was really really excited. As for boring ole’ Mom – she is too chicken to even try to wakeboard. The boys and I did get to ride the tube around! That was pretty fun!

On Sunday Adam and I went to watch the Coca Cola 600 at the Charlotte Motor Speedway. It was really really hot when we got there but our seats cooled down quickly and we had a great time. Kinda boring there were no wrecks or any excitement - but none the less was still a great time! We got to see the biggest flag ever!
Today Adam was back to work and I was working here and there. Tomorrow Jade is back in school with EOG testing. Praying she does really good! Mom is travelling towards the end of the week and hoping that goes really well too!
