Despite the boys being so sick, we had a great weekend. On saturday Dad slept in after working all night long on an extra shift. (the water place is extrememly busy right now because of orders for hurricanes, etc. ) Then in the afternoon we all went to Ian's Football scrimmage games, there were 2. It was really quite hot outside so after the first I loaded Jade and the boys in the car and we went shopping. Then Saturday night Adams Mom, Brother, Sister and I went to the town festival. Craig Morgan, a country singer, was performing and we thought it would be a nice night to go enjoy ourselves without the kiddies.. We were not disappointed at all. He has a lot of really great hits like, "Almost Home"; "That's What I Love About Sunday"; "Redneck Yacht Club"; "A Little Bit of Life"; and"International Harvester" Oh, and my very favorite song he sings is called "I thought I was Tough". He sounded Great! Then today we had a family barbeque at Aimees. She sure is a brave soul to have all of us and all our kids over.. LOL. :0) We had a great time visiting, and the food as usual was so delicious. No one makes a better bbq then Poppy Briggs.

Trish -- glad you had such a good weekend. So sorry to hear about the boys being so sick. Last time that happened was when we flew to 2 weddings a few summers ago. Same scenario as yours, just minus the ruptured ear drums.
